The song is about his SA from childhood and how he healing from it. Just Love is another one you guys should react to. That being said what the person said is so not necessarily in general it's so disrespectful at any point but to do that during Set Me Free is so messed up.

2024-10-15 14:35:51 +0000 UTCoh boy. where do i start. maybe at thanking for the journey. this show take a really special place in my heart and to see other people love and see with so much care is so beautiful. this finale just embrace everything this show represents, how the theater can change lives, how you can to be part of a family even tho you dont share the same bloock, and to learn how to love even in pain. ill probably watch this again a thousand times and come back to comment more as soon as i recover from all the cry, promise

2024-10-14 19:18:21 +0000 UTCSofia Wylie (Gina) actually just finished filming a movie for Netflix with other big Netflix actors, Joshua basset (Ricky) is currently on tour I went to see him in August. Julia Lester (Ashlyn) just had a comedy movie on Hulu (Prom dates), and as you know Dara Renee (Kourtney) was in the new Descendants movie rise of the red and I believe they’re making a part 2 which she will be in as well. Adrian Lyles (Jet) has been working on his music, Saylor Curda (Maddox) has also been finishing up filming movies

Btw Sophia Wylie (Gina) I believe is still acting. She had a movie she led on Netflix a year or two ago w Michelle Yeoh and Kerry Washington called the School of Good and Evil.

2024-10-14 18:58:44 +0000 UTCI’m really glad you guys loved the show because low key I wouldn’t have expected adults watching the movies and this show to get so into it When season 1 came ont people my age loved it but so many YouTubers around your ages made videos talking about how awful the show was So to see how you embraced both the movies and the show despite not growing up with it was so cool and I’m glad you guys have an open mind I was 4 when high school musical came out and 21 when season 4 finished. So it’s been my entire life and I grew up with both the show and the movies Season 1 was the second Disney plus original premiering only a month after the Mandalorian. And it’s their longest lasting original show so far. I was in grade 12 when season 1 started and I related so much to all the characters. So this show is very special to me lol So thank you guys

The end credit scene is actually all the actors playing themselves (despite the captions saying “Ricky”) you see the chair that says Kate Reinders which is the name of Ms Jenn’s actor. So it was a true end to the show Also seeing them all sing born to be brave was so great. From season 1! also the Denny’s actually is a callback! In season 1 Nini tells Ricky that at the end of season 1 that after a show theatre kids go to Denny’s and cry so it was a full circle moment Also if you ever go back and rewatch season 1, When Ricky sings the songs to Nini he looks pretty nervous and only really does it to win nini back. But this time he was so confident, said I love you first and Even the line “I wanna scream what’s in my heart” it shows so much growth And the Jean jacket Ricky wore is the same one from season 1 as well Also Miss Jenn’s actor was actually in wicked in real life playing Glinda in 2006! so this episode was kinda true to the actor Overall it’s such a great show I’m really glad you liked it I think your rankings are mine as well. 4 and 1 are the best and then 3 and then 2

2024-10-14 18:06:51 +0000 UTCTruly one of my favorite series finales I've ever seen. What an incredible show. Gina's speech literally breaks me every time. She's had one of the best character arcs. Ricky Bowen the legend that you are. Love You Forever is in my opinion the best song in the HSM franchise. Just so beautiful. I grew up on the original films but I always say that the series is better than the movies. The way we got to really grow and connect with these characters will always be so special to me. The creator of the show said that he felt like this was the perfect time to end the series out on a high note. He also said they would've done The Greatest Showman for s5. But im glad they were able to go out their own way since so many streaming shows don't get that. HSMTMTS stands as the longest running Disney Plus show to date and has the most episodes and seasons and im so happy for that! There are rumors about the HSM franchise continuing so im really excited to see where they take it. Gina and Ricky will forever be two of my favorite characters and thanks to both of you for continuing this show!!
