What in the actual mind fuckery did I just watch?!?!?!? That was insane!!! I hadn't seen the movie because the ending was already spoiled for me a long time ago but the journey I just went on wasn't spoiled and damn what an insane journey it was!!! Wow.... just wooooow.. The lobotomy at the end makes so much sense to me because your memory is stored in areas like your prefrontal cortex so an ice pick to the frontal lobe would probably take care of those pesky memories so he definitely seemed like he was playing along at the end because he no longer wanted to remember.... Wanted a clean slate in a sense... Makes sense and it's sad so it makes sense especially when he found out he's been doing the same thing over and over for 2 years
