Loved the archery contest! Haven’t read a duel settled that way before (most authors tend to go for the sword fights), so this was really interesting! Also cannot wait to see what happens in KL and if Jon can bond with a dragon or not. Would assume so since he shows up as a dragon in Rhaella’s dreamscape, but I find it difficult to predict your stories (thank you!!) and am looking forward to whatever way this story goes.

I hope you'll develop more details about Jon being touched by the Heart of Winter. For example, are ordinary weapons no longer effective against his skin? I don't recall Jon ever trying this; the only time I remember him being injured was by dragon glass. There are five baby dragons; Jon might have dragon blood, but after what happened to him, is it possible that the dragons will distance themselves from him or not want to bond with him? You could even bring up the idea of ice dragons; there are already rumors and sailors' tales about them in the The Shivering Sea. In the lore .
