Skywalker is a good name, I just feel it conveys the magnitude of the event the lead Jon to where he is now, or the menace of valerian steel. I feel a name like Cataclysm, more suitable. Keep up the good work. I have loved each of you asoiaf fics

On the phrase her “Her modest gowns are merely a veneer that hides an insatiable monster underneath.”, is Gwenyth being sarcastic on the modest part? As her gown is obviously not modest so it reads a little funny. A possible alternative is something like “her immodest gowns barely conceal an insatiable monster underneath.” Just a thought!

2025-03-03 13:17:32 +0000 UTCI’m guessing the next few chapters go one of two ways: either the blacks immediately try to forcefully enlist Jon, and chaos ensues, or they forget about him during the madness of Viserys then Luke dying, and Jon just fishes away until someone remembers him later on. Either way, I can’t wait.

2025-03-03 02:55:16 +0000 UTCJon is developing a well rounded agricultural concern. Fishing, farming, cheese making. He’s even hiring more men. Whether he realizes it or not, he’s building a manor. All he needs is a few dozen villagers and a mill, and he’s in business. Jon has also collected a bit of an arsenal. If he could find a few good men, maybe starting with Aethan who was a squire at one point, he could actually have a decent armed body of soldiers backing him up. It might be handy to have, and he won’t have to trust to good feeling and/or Vermithor to keep his head attached. The two girls realizing that their parents will lie to them to engage in misdeeds, and that their grandfather will sacrifice them for his pride, should be a bit of a wake up call. The blinders should be coming off.
