finally finished all the requests received, that only took me... 8 months? loool
honestly i don't know where i am going with this style of drawing...? should i continue taking requests, make this as a commission option..?
-should i keep taking request monthly in this style? if i do take requests monthly, i will only be doing about 2-3 out of possibly dozens received, then i'm not sure if i should carry those leftover requests forward to next month or take fresh new batch of requests in monthly...? if i take new fresh batch monthly then some requesters will request the same thing because they didn't get picked last month (assuming they will still even sticking around) and that'll be troublesome for you guys aaaa sorry i'm very neurotic
i'm hoping to figure something out, wonder if you guys can share your thoughts too?

2023-08-04 13:01:47 +0000 UTCAny kind of "Post your suggestions here" request should always be taken as a chill idea pool to help motivate you rather than something you feel obligated to complete and anybody submitting shouldn't feel entitled to having their suggestions drawn. It looks like my post of asking for more Kyouko and Momiji got taken in and completed and thanks for that by the way! I should've shown my appreciation when it was first posted. But I sure didn't submit it with any real expectations and wouldn't have been upset if nothing ever came of it, it was just something for you to potentially be interested in doing yourself. If you do want to make it a more common thing that you want to try and fulfill expectations of making an ideas box that you convert into a poll as other people suggested already would likely be the best way to go about it. But either way you're doing great as always and keep up the wonderful work! Try not to feel too pressured, just do what comes natural.

As for suggestions that don't get drawn, you could apply to the following months poll for a chance to be drawn, which would stop people suggesting the same thing each month + if you do a 'cooldown period' where if, for example, Remilia was drawn one month, she isn't drawn again / taken for suggestions for another month or so. You could have a theme or something to draw each month, which could open up suggestions from other series besides 2hu, i.e. a cat theme, so you'd have Orin/Chen/Mike from 2hu but then could get suggestions like Okayu from Hololive. This could work with you picking a bunch of things and then getting people to vote on them or taking suggestions and then getting votes or a mix of the two, in where you choose something you'd like to draw and then get suggestions and votes for the other things of a similar theme if you'd like. Ultimately it's up to you on how you want to do things, it's your Patreon and your Art at the end of the day and I wouldn't want you to take on more work than you think you could handle. I also think it would great to see more things that you want to draw Wool. As always, it's a treat to see your art and I'm looking forward to seeing what comes out next ☺️

It could be characters we choose and then vote on or a set of characters you feel like drawing that month, maybe it can work best for your work flow. Also that Okina is NICE
