The public radio spoof is one of my favorite running Parks and Rec bits. The genius lies in the fact that it is barely an exaggeration at all.

2025-04-28 00:16:44 +0000 UTCThis episode contains two guest stars with longtime comedy credentials: Wreston the architect was played by Brad Hall, who has mostly moved away from acting over the years but back in the 1980s was a featured player on Saturday Night Live, alongside his wife Julia Louis-Dreyfus. And as you know from his previous appearance, the whispering radio host is played by Dan Castellaneta, the voice of Homer Simpson.
