This one ended up needing a little more work than I had anticipated, I've made some very significant improvements to the punctuation and grammar, along with many sections that have been completely rewritten to bring them up to standard. There's a lot of new content here and if you haven't read this one in a while, now is a great time for a refresh.

In other news I had to start a small business in order to be able to legally sell books on Amazon in my country, and it got approved today. I guess that makes us Space Femdom Incorporated or something.
