Hello everyone,

I’m beyond excited to share some incredible updates and ideas that I’ve been working on for you! Here’s everything you need to know:

Idea 1: Free Custom LoRAs

I’ll be creating free custom LoRAs based on your requests! Here's how it works:

• Priority will be given to the first person who messages me in the Add LoRA room.

• For VIP members, I’ll mark your requests with special priority.

• As a bonus, Neko membership or higher tiers will receive:

  • 3 SFW images

  • 5 NSFW images

Idea 2: Comic-Style Image Series

I’m planning to create a comic-style image series featuring 80 images in total. This ambitious project will take around 1 month to edit and produce. The process is divided into 4 phases:

• Phase 1: Add Characters for Comic
  Members can suggest as many characters as they want. I’ll review these characters to check if LoRAs already exist. Once the list is ready, I’ll announce: "Start roll character."

• Phase 2: Character Selection
  I’ll narrow the list down to 7 characters.

• Phase 3: Member Voting
  Members will vote for their favorite characters within a 2-day voting period.

• Phase 4: Results Announcement
  The selected character will be revealed on Patreon and Twitter, and I’ll start creating the comic.

Since this is my first time attempting a project like this, it might take longer, but I’ll keep you updated every step of the way!

Idea 3: Introducing Bear VIP Membership

I’m launching a new membership tier called Bear VIP that comes with exclusive benefits:

• Includes Whale Bundle membership perks.

• High priority for LoRAs and other requests.

• Weekly customized services, offering 8 custom images per week across 3 requests (each request can feature 1–2 main characters).

Additional Benefits for Bear VIP Members:

• Priority in the Update Characters List:

  • 5 characters from all VIP members.

  • 2 characters directly requested via DMs.

• Priority for Comic Creation:

  • 3 characters submitted by all VIPs will enter Phase 2 of character selection.

  • 1 character requested directly by a VIP will also be included.

• Special LoRA Priority:
  VIP-requested LoRAs will be marked with a flame icon for easy tracking.

• Checklists for VIP and Comics:
  VIPs can track their characters in the Checklist VIP and Checklist Comic VIP rooms.

Adjustments to SFW and NSFW Preferences

Based on your votes, I’ve updated the number of images for SFW and NSFW requests:

• SFW Images:

  • Free: 8 → 6 images

  • Paid: 10 → 6 images

  • Extra: 7 → 3 images

• NSFW Images:

  • Free: 4 → 6 images

  • Paid: 16 → 20 images

  • Extra: 15 → 20 images

Changes to Update Characters List

To improve efficiency, I’ve reduced the Update Characters List from 9 characters to 7 characters. This change will help me manage requests better and focus on delivering higher-quality updates.
