Fell down a youtube shorts hole and I started scrolling through art videos
Got some neat insight into inks/ sketches and the mentality of trusting the process (instead of painfully overthinking things) and what came out was a bold approach to using simpler but more thicker and confident lines for things like the face. Leaning into the natural energy of my strokes instead of focusing on sharp lines in service of... nothing.
Probably looks the same to you but it definitely felt different drawing this. It was fun and energetic and probably 3 times as fast as my last 2 pics lol.
