Another Vaporeon Design

I have 2 vaporeon characters swimming in my head... one admittedly less concrete than the other

I wont change the design of the vaporeon from the other wip, but this one I wanted to do something different from the original wip

One of my vaporeons has short bluegreen bob hair with the lime green accent and a bit of a stocky bodytype. Thats the design from the other wip.

As for this wip I decided to change it to another vaporeon Ive toyed with here and there - one that uses a combination of the original sprite and the fossil vaporeon art, both being fairly inconsistent with the vaporeon we know today. As for why its simple - I have a fondness for early pokemon art jank lol.

The white hands/ feet with cute fish fins , the notches in the head pattern, the two toned body pattern with white belly, the fleshy ribbonlike tailfin... most of the flourishes I added are/ were canonical design aspects at some point lol.

That said another reason why I wanted this version is because, well, as an anime influenced artist I have to say it kind of feels like a copout to give vaporeon hair and white sclera lol. It takes some of the hardest to work with aspects of the design and straights up changes it, inevitably making it feeeeeeeel less like a vaporeon. Which, in the specific case of the other wip, is fine! But I want both.

The thing is I never liked any of my 'hairless' vaporeon designs... until now! I like this version. I want a vaporeon with hair and a vaporeon with more classic features that I like and now I think I got both to meaningfully work with.
