She's the Chief Medical Officer (a.k.a a Commander) of the USS Cerritos. She's vulgar, rude, takes no shit, and pulls no punches but she genuinely cares about being a good doctor and doing a good job. This is hands down one of the best fan arts I've seen of her! I hope you don't mind but I set it as my cellphone wallpaper! Thank you for sharing it!
