Well.... technically I AM better
Ive been in treatment for my anxiety for over a year now and honestly none of the pressure exists any more re: messages and etc
At this point its merely a process of bad habit breaking
The cause for the bad habits dont exist but some habits still do
SPEAKING OF I still need to launch the Discord server
I think Ill just launch it but set most of it to read only and slowly open things as I figure out how this kind of server should be run

And there are plenty of people here who would love joining a discord server. Would allow a lot of organization. If you ever want help on the discord server there are plenty of people who would love to help. You could reach out to me even. Although if you do launch the discord Iβd suggest a discord suggestions tab for the discord. Allow you to get some community input on the server so you dont have to do it all by yourself. But most importantly make sure to take care of yourself. Thats a #1 priority.
