2022-11-01 13:47:27 +0000 UTCThe controversy's been around for ages, fans making their own interpretations of who Velma is, and then declaring anything not to their specific specification as either racist or cultural appropriation, or misrepresentation in the case of people who decide Velma is straight. This has only got worse since the Velma cartoon has had promotional material put out there, as assholes have taken to 'correcting' art so it fits their ideals (in particular they made Velma south-asian, Shaggy is now black, and Daphne is a non-specific east-asian, Fred remains unchanged). The whole thing is a mess π

Ok you go as Scoobert you have actually planned it and put in some work. Smexy as hell but she clearly forgot she needed a costume today ^_^ (she normally wears a red skirt ... Artists didn't show underneath so lack of panties might be cannon ... Yep can see Velma enjoying the breeze)
