Sorry I'm running a bit late to what is listed in this month's Lineup, I got a nail in my tire and had to fix it, and took time to celebrate Rosh Hashanah with my family! Also purchased the Shadow Work Journal from TikTok and have been going thru the exercises and crying a lot (good style!)
