(😊🐀+) Reference Sheets!

Made our two mcs their very first reference sheets, as I needed to for a collab I'll be doing with @KiwiScribbles on TikTok! I'll do an unboxing video by the end of this year of a gifted pair of Dr. Zo ears and a Dr. Zo tail!! And, eventually, we may do Ratticus as well! Suuuper excited already !!!

Design choices to note, for you detail-oriented folk:

I like the idea that Dr. Zo sometimes wears pants that bell out at the bottom, so that's why they do that in this, but he doesn't always.

Dr. Zo's ears face forward, as he is typically quite attentive. Ratticus's ears twist about more often, as he does not focus well; with them being faced outwards, he is listening to two different sides of the room, and/or not paying any full attention to one particular thing.

Both Dr. Zo and Ratticus have fancy-rat ears, which sit higher up on their head than the alternative, dumbo-rat ears.

Ratticus's tail is shorter than Dr. Zo's, mainly because he is younger. This is also indicated by the patterning on their tails; in the world of Theratpy, usually tails darken with age, but there is a wide range of variation due to genetics, a rat's stress levels, and environmental factors. Some rat tails darken faster than others, and some rats experience little to no darkening. It is an indicator and sometimes deceiving, in the same way as hair going gray.

Dr. Zo is about 5'10, and his shoes put him up another half an inch from that, so to 5'10 and a half. Ratticus is about 5'7, and his shoes put him up a full inch, to more like 5'8. Dr. Zo is a bit slouchy, so sometimes he appears shorter, and Ratticus usually stands very proudly and confidently when he is standing in public. However, around his family, Ratticus tends to shrink and lay low as much as possible. More on this in due time.

In this world, it is part of morning routine to trim whisker hairs, similar to shaving your face. Dr. Zo likes to keep his longer. Ratticus cuts his short. There are other styles as well that you'll get to see later on down the road.
