I really need to make a Discord server for patreon
Added 2019-06-29 15:59:49 +0000 UTCI'm actually really active with drawing/ sketching. More active than my posting habits may imply. Unless you watch me literally everywhere, discord servers, twitter, and etc you won't actually get to see it all. Although I do keep a note taking server for personal use I think I need an actual discord server with a me only channel to post all of my art in at the very least so that people can see what I'm up to.

2019-06-30 23:09:06 +0000 UTCI don't use discord. But if you start a discord channel to post stuff in I'll consider trying it. I've just heard that some of the servers can be toxic. You end up in flame wars and stuff I heard. Not sure how true that is. I'm sure every platform has its flaws.

2019-06-29 21:01:08 +0000 UTCThat would be pretty cool. I know it can be a hassle to post things on a ton of websites, though Postybirb apparently makes that a lot smoother. If you haven't tried that, I would recommend it. But a discord server would also be cool for seeings WIPs and such. I just ask that you try to maintain at least one actual archive like FA though. I've seen a few artists switch completely to Twitter as their art page, and it's fucking obnoxious to actually browse their "gallery" like that, since it wasn't made for that purpose. So much of their stuff is just lost in the feed, and you have to endlessly scroll to find anything that wasn't tagged correctly or the way you thought it would be. But anything that makes you feel more comfortable and in-control is good! Take the steps you need! :D
