Look at the top of the update there should be an icon with the attachment - that's where the file can be found!

A friend of mine usually uses Mega to post all of the related files, its all easy-in-one-place sort of deal, and can take .swfs and .gifs easily enough. I don't know much about whether or not a singular folder can be updated, he mostly uses it for month submissions and stuff, so maybe you can get some use out of it.
