It's extra complicated when there's several different species bringing their own jungles

If it is the case that Baxxid society is a veneer over a biological desire to fight, feast, and f**k, I am wondering of the Baxxid are under the impression that human society is *not* the same thing. Because it basically is. An analogy I've seen is that civilized human society is like a clearing in the middle of a fast-growing jungle. if its not tended and maintained, the jungle will swiftly take back over, and when humans let the jungle take over, you get something akin to Fallout meets Mad Max meets Lord of the Flies. It would be amusing if the Baxxid think that the humans are the ones who have their s**t together and the Baxxid the ones who need to hide the incivility that lurks underneath.

Flora P-Stilianides' theory from last time is feeling increasingly likely. It looks like the elders are about to tell Kalkgur that baxxids were literally created for the purpose of killing humans, possibly by other humans. Maybe some biological alchemist wizard conjured them up to be super-soldiers in some ancient war, and they later started living on their own and thinking for themselves, and decided they actually wanted to live in peace instead.
