Added 2024-04-11 19:03:18 +0000 UTCThank you to everyone for being patient with this latest build. I am hard at work making 0.5.5 a substantial one. I want to make this update as brief and to-the-point as humanly possible.
-The implementation of Mimic chests is complete. Now, there is a light chance that non-boss enemies will drop a trap chest- a Mimic that will snare Luccia just as the next enemy takes the stage. The player can mash a button as fast as they can to get rid of the mimic, and continue the battle.
-I’ve redone the L1 Lorestone (tentacle scene) with a new animation and with a new script. I want to update these scenes to reflect the level of quality HH is at today.
-I’m also working on the next Lorestone, which will release with 0.5.5, which will be the final lorestone scene in the first part of the game. This one will feature Priscilla.
-I’m aware of a bug that prevents exiting to the world map during the wolf platforming level. This one is being a bit tricky but I should have it fixed soon and implemented for 0.5.5.
-Moving forward, all SUPERBOSSES will have an H scene after the battle, similar to that of the Slime King Tutorial. Here is a list of known Superbosses at this time:
1. Slime King
2. Orcosaurus
3. Arcane Golem
4. Unnamed Werewolf Boss
Busts are getting a huge upgrade, too. This is something I think is important because it makes the characters SO MUCH MORE EXPRESSIVE. Character busts will now have multiple poses, multiple expressions, and multiple outfits starting with updates 0.6 (this is a bit in the future, I know, but I wanted you guys to know. This will also increase the amount of lines each character has)
