He takes his Halloween costume very seriously. It's a very elaborate comedy routine that.. Apparently he's just allowed to wear year round for as long as anybody can remember.
It's just that around Halloween, he pumped up even more than usual, and has attracted the attention of many others who wonder 'for a friend' if they can undergo similar augmentations.
His fans sometimes joke that after pumping up those implants with so much wobbling gel, that he's become the Chemical Plant Zone.
