Parade the Float (developing)
Added 2020-02-03 22:00:03 +0000 UTCI think this character is more or less developed at this point. The tail thickness is higher than normal because it's connected to the helium tank. Im still thinking over her clothes though.
But yeah, you can see pretty easily how a rough sketch can be really screwed up with me lol.
But there she is. Parade!!!
