Sadly, there isn't a good reference of the character aside from a bad cam-rip. Might re-visit later if they release the character design.
The secret is, this is Nao ripping off her design. An impersonator.
I've been up for over 30 hours because I'm very dumb, so this is a bit more rough and deliberately posterized to make it look a little 'glitchier'
