September Poll : Round 2
Added 2020-09-04 18:26:17 +0000 UTCThe first round of September's polls have concluded! Here are the top 6 candidates from that poll for the final runoff. This poll will close in 24 hours, on Saturday September 5th at 11:30 AM PST.
This poll will decide each character's final standing and thus if they'll be drawn in a colored sketch or a colored sketch sequence and the length of their sequence (Or in 6th place's case nothing) Same rules apply here as with all previous polls, including bonus votes.
Winners and the belly type I'll pair them up with will be announced tomorrow after I count up all votes.

2020-09-05 02:26:51 +0000 UTCIdk, I'd classify My Hero Academia as a little more mainstream than Fairy Tail at this point, considering it's still going while Fairy Tail has already ended. And that series has gotten 5 color sketches so far in these polls since they first started, while Fairy Tail hasn't gotten a single one yet.

My fear is trying to do too much and either missing deadlines or there to be a drop in quality. Kip warned me that's the number one trap for artists on Patreon and something none of us would want. But maybe after I finish the commissions I took in last month I'll do some thinking on it.

2020-09-04 23:58:06 +0000 UTCTrue but aside from Leshawna and I think Makoto you've drawn all these girls before so it's just a lil frustrating when there's so many great options that haven't been drawn yet that get the L because they aren't Fairy Tale, Mario, DC, or Persona. I know I'll still love the pics in the end because you always draw amazing art, I just wish the losers got a second chance like a poll just for them to give them a chance to get votes that aren't sucked up by the most mainstream things.

2020-09-04 23:10:53 +0000 UTCI understand your concern Lyxert, and if I could draw every character that is suggested I would. But that would be impossible and I don't want to limit character suggestions based on popularity, especially when I'm not familiar with how popular many of them are to begin with. That's why I draw what the majority of patrons want to see based on who they vote for. I do try to make these polls as accommodating as possible to as many characters as I can, given that 6 out of 19 are in the run off and I'll be drawing 5 of them. Which on average is between 25 and 30 percent of all suggested characters a month.
