Tifa WIP
Added 2019-10-16 23:58:06 +0000 UTCI proposed a few questions in the mid-month update Monday. One was to showcase the full WIPs of the art for the month. So here is the full WIP as of right now for this October's 3rd place winner; Tifa & Stuffing!
I'm still cleaning up some lines and adjusting others, while defining her shape. Then onto colors and the background.
