Wheel of Eros: a new version

Due to a bug in the ID, the old version of the Wheel of Eros resulted in the replacement of all golden microphones in the game. I have corrected this error. Delete the YrSa_RussianSexRoulette file from the Mods folder and place the YrSa_Wheel_of_Eros.
