Mainly an update due to fixing some bugs, and potentially some small fixes to online.
Online frame delay has been tweaked
Moved some code around to potentially make rollback more consistent
Adjusted corner stealing so that it works more consistently between both players
Previously, player 1 had more priority for corner stealing
Special moves that function the same in the air as on the ground now count towards the same move as far as scaling is concerned
Enza's air super and air heavy have less blockstun
(in 0.09, previous patch notes were for 0.08) Fixed an issue where playing without rollback would cause it to not switch back to rollback enabled without restarting the game.
