I understand that they react to whatever the most picked on the poles but it’s like kind of annoying cus we hardly see them react to new group.

Also the first chaebol to debut as a kpop idol (chaebol meaning : large industrial South Korean conglomerate run and controlled by an individual or family) Tarzzan / 2002: A model / Actor (Appeared in NJZ - Supernatural and idle - I DO) / Contemporary Dancer - won 2 golden medals Bailey Sok / 2004: A world class choreograper & dancer since YOUNGGG. choreograped some K-POP groups such as aespa - Savage & Illusion, RV - Psycho, Taeyang - Shoong, Lisa - Money dance break, etc. (choreographed red velvet’s psycho when she was only 13 years old.) Jo Woochan / 2005: A rapper, appeared on 'Show Me The Money 6' when he's only 13, was a trainee at Cube & Hybe (He's also one of the members from Trainee A which was a POPULAR predebut bighit group, supposed to debut but bighit cancelled the plans) Lee Youngseo / 2005: A popular trainee from a survival show 'R U Next?' the group that formed ILLIT (She made it in the line-up with 2nd place but left BELIFT due to unknown reasons.) now that you know their individual backgrounds, you’ll understand why they released ‘famous’. it’s ironic because all of them are already popular & have well established backgrounds but they weren’t even debuted as idols yet. hence the lyrics in the song talking about their fame that they already have as individuals but “they ain’t even famous” (as kpop idols)

2025-07-08 16:13:29 +0000 UTCTheBlackLabel is a subsidiary label under YG Entertainment and I believe it is basically headed by Teddy Park (very famous songwriter/producer who made a lot of BlackPink's music and was also in a first gen K-Pop group called 1Tym under YG) and Kush (another famous producer. Under TheBlackLabel they have Taeyang, Somi, Rosé, R.Tee, AllDayProject, Meovv and they co-partner/produce for IZNA (who is co-partnered with WakeOne). I know that for AllDayProject the members come from various backgrounds. Annie was in the debut line-up for Meovv but left before debut, she also studied overseas and her family is one of high standing in Korean society. Bailey Sok is Korean-American and has been dancing since she was a kid, winning multiple awards and I believe she is affiliated with Kinjaz, a popular dance crew. She has made choreographies for various K-Pop idols/groups including Red Velvet, KDA, Aespa, etc. Youngseo was on R U Next? which is the survival show that debuted Illit and she was in the final debut lineup for Illit but left before debut, leaving HYBE as a whole. Tarzzan has a background in contemporary dance and modelling, he was also in a few other MVs such as Idle's 'I Do' and New Jeans 'Supernatural'. Woochan is a former BigHit trainee and was apart of a predebut group called Trainee A (but the group was dissolved without debuting). He was also on Show Me The Money (a popular rap competition show) when he was around 12 I believe and made it to the semi-finals. And he was apart of a group called OG School Project when he was a trainee under Starship Entertainment (before moving to BigHit). I highly recommend watching their Day One video if you want to know more about them because they do talk about their backgrounds. And in the MV for famous you can see nods to what their backgrounds were before coming together as All Day Project.
