Hits me extra hard because my mother has always said that song perfectly describes how she felt about me when she was pregnant with/had me, like the "Look at your career they said, Lauryn baby use your head/But instead I chose to use my heart..." part. Tears me up everytime

He titled it "Can I Holla at Ya" and its one of his best songs imo and it's a great use of the original Hill song. it has some of his best verses and it really does "To Zion" right with how he preserves that initial hit of the addictive guitar and drum combo. would be a killer solo react or react for the whole tape "Truly Yours 2". also side note, these reactions really fulfill a part of me that wishes I could have more open and agreeable discussions with my father about music, Truly thanks!
