Since he was just coming off bad mental episode after life of Pablo and getting off opioids. Ghost town pt 1 best describes it when 070 says “I put my hand on the stove to see if I still bleed and nothing hurts me anymore I feel free”. I call it audio cardio. That’s why the production on nas and pusha t album is very important to this concept
