Added 2019-08-25 01:00:59 +0000 UTCI always thought that the newer the version of the program, the more optimized it becomes. It seems that this does not apply to Photoshop. For some unknown reason, the new version is noticeably slower than the version I used earlier. In addition, strange friezes and lags appeared. Unfortunately, this does not facilitate the drawing process...
