[COMIC] The Things We Do For Love (COMPLETE)

And here, finally, are the first two pages of my FFXIV-themed comic, starring Kihrae and Catalyna! Kihrae is my OC, while Catalyna is a friend's OC.

I'll be updating this post with new pages as I finish them. Since the comic will run 15 pages in total and I don't want to wait forever to share the comic publicly, I'll be making the last update's pages public with each new update. So these first two pages will be exclusive to patrons for the next few weeks, and will then be posted to my socials once I finish page 3 towards the end of the month.

Also, I'm afraid that because the comic features a friend's OC, I won't be providing any hi-res or line art files, even after it's fully complete.

UPDATE: After staring at the pages all day, I realized Catalyna's dark skin really didn't come out as clearly with this coloring style as I thought, so I just did a quick edit to fix that.

UPDATE 02/01: Added page 3! And I also made a few minor tweaks to pages 1 and 2.

UPDATE 03/02: Page 4 is up! We're starting to get into the more actiony bits now, and one of my goals with drawing this comic: to practice more dynamic posing and action shots. Hope you guys like the comic so far, and what's coming next 😁

UPDATE 03/26: Page 5 is up! The action's starting to ramp up. I haven't drawn action scenes like I have planned in a very long time, so here's hoping the next bunch of pages go smoothly 😅

UPDATE 04/26: Added page 6! I also went back and made some minor tweaks to pages 4 and 5.
