Though the cops told me specifically that the mental hospital he's being kept at and not allowed out of, isn't a locked ward so if nobody is watching him he can just slip out and they need to go find him again. Which makes no fucking sense to me, if he's not allowed out why not send him to a fucking locked ward?
But whatever, I probably don't need to worry about him until he runs away again....tomorrow or something. Gonna go see about trying to get some writing done, though not really in the mood for anything so dunno if I'll upload anything tonight or not, but ma try and get shit done regardless.

Yeah....just ended up getting a cold from stress which has slowed me down a bit. Beginning to shake it already I think though.

But where i am from it is not uncommon for the 'people in charge' to lobby that those wards are 'an unnecessary drain on the budget' and work to get them shut down with all kinds of manufactured incidents like what is going on here being used as examples of why 'it obviously doesn't work so we might as well just let them all go and shut it down'. Hope thats not whats going on there, but i have heard about it from former managers and workers of places like that.

Dunno what it's like for UK/Scotland, but here you are required to inquire about getting someone sectioned before the authorities even look at it. Might be worth your while. For us they don't need much other than a statement which is kept confidential.
