September Recap

And another month down! September ended up being an all Korrasami and CaitVi month, and unfortunately I wasn't able to get to everything I wanted to do due to work cutting into my drawing time (and also maybe a bit too much ambition on my part with the drawings I took on). Still, I'm pretty happy with what I was able to accomplish and I hope you guys were happy with it, too!

October Artwork

I'm still hard at work on the Bottom Vi image set I started this week, and I expect to be done with that early next week.

After that, I'll be jumping onto our two Overwatch poll winners. I gotta admit all the recent news and opinions about Overwatch 2 has me more than a bit skeptical about the game, but that doesn't mean I can't have fun drawing the characters!

For starters, you guys made it pretty clear you wanted to see the mountain of muscle that'll be Junker Queen and Zarya for our 18+ picture. Did I ever tell you guys that you have great taste, by the way?

The SFW poll was a little less clear and needed a tiebreaker, but in the end you guys went with the classic Pharmercy pairing. This has always been one of my favorite fan ship- Wait, is it canon now?!

As for the other two artworks, I was made aware of a CaitVi-themed "kinktober" prompt series that'll be happening all month long, and I thought "Why not?" So you guys can expect another NSFW CaitVi picture sometime in the second half of October. And finally, just in time for Halloween (hopefully), I'll then be trying my hand at a SFW drawing of Zero, a recent addition to Final Fantasy XIV.

Also, just to set expectations, this month's artwork will all be standalone pictures. No comics/sets. I'm already playing catch-up after going overboard last month and I can tell that some of the ideas I have lined up for October are going to take a lot of work, too. So I want to keep things simple to make sure I can get through them all by month's end.

October Polls (For November Illustrations)

Now for this month's polls, I'll be going with an older format from a while back, and listing off a bunch of different characters from different franchises. Some we've already seen, and some I'll be introducing for the first time. CaitVi and Korrasami won't be a part of the polls, because it's pretty much certain that they'll win if they are. But I do plan on drawing one of them later on in November (haven't quite decided on which yet). I really can't resist drawing either of them for too long :P
