That might be a bit weird, especially since I'm not some horse hung sex god, truthfully I'm around 7 inches or so. Not to mention I'm in a 12 year old body in the story.

Considering it's very much fun wish fulfilment for the reader, why not? Nothing wrong with having some fun with it. However if you're not a fan you can always do the cheeky fade-to-black and reference it!
