Godherja Patch 0.18 - The Color of Magic - INDEV Version

Hey Patrons! Sorry we haven't been updating this, just been so busy with the mod!

Note: Things not currently implemented fully in this version have been highlighted in red on the document.

Things to Know:

- Game concepts are highlighted red, at least half of themish. Should be in at release, possibly more of them. 

- We'll possibly be squeezing in some more artifact gathering methods by the time we drop. 

- Things will probably be buggy in places, hard to say atm since we don't have thousands of testers. 

- Map stuff is a fucking slog and there's tons of oddities as the patch log notes I have to work on over the following weeks / months.

- The new city system is fully functional, just several of the city provinces (not the ones listed in the log) haven't been incorporated yet and most don't have special buildings for their particular city like they will at release. 

- Aironoi is missing a ton of provinces it'll be getting soon.
