Allelujah and Soma Peries are the same types of super soldiers with quantum brainwave implants, developed by Human Reform League scientists. In episode 5, “Allelujah” accidentally establishes a telepathic link with Soma, which then triggers his other personality, “Hallelujah”. The murderous intent of Hallelujah makes Soma freak out and she tries to shoot down the Pillar block, where Hallelujah is located. kinda agree that the first few episodes are slow, it seems they want to focus first on major world-building and introduction for the whole main cast. Things getting more protagonist focus for the next ones, especially the 4 Gundam meisters and celestial being themself.
