Shinobi is a rider from the future in Kamen rider Zi-o but due to the events of the series which I won't say the timeline gets changed so we get zero one, saber, revice and Geats instead of shinobi in 2022 and most likely we won't be getting quiz in 2040 and kikai in 2121 Also the other ninja riders are from Zx is from kamen rider the 10th rider appears Fuma is from kamen rider ex-aid the true ending movie And kenzan is from kamen rider saber
