2023-09-05 19:33:07 +0000 UTCWhile I missed the live watch party, I finally got around to my watch party lol! I love this episode! Definitely one of my go-tos! This one is a 10/10 always in my book. BK I'm glad to hear your son is doing better and healing! You gave him great advice! I totally get it though, when my mom was in the hospital back in 2015 after she had neck surgery she wanted to go home after the first couple days. I was there every day with her. I was even the one who brought her to the hospital at 5am for the surgery. I reminded her how she had to just be patient. Even now, last year she suffered 3 strokes from COVID and I constantly have to remind her to take it easy. She's not so young anymore and had 3 strokes. Another miracle there for sure. Anyway, continued prayers for your son and family as he continues to heal. He's got a whole fan base rooting for him along with family. He'll understand with time that it's important to relax and just take that needed healing time, as much as it sucks, it's the only way to heal 100%!

2023-08-25 02:27:20 +0000 UTCNot unpopular opinion for me. I really thought it did even better after her character was cut too. It took a min for Rose’s character and acting to sync up with the other characters, but by the end of Season 4 I was glad for the change up.

We aren't the wealthiest family so I've never been to any of the conventions and I only just found this podcast because I guess the algorithm didn't think it was in my wheelhouse since I mostly listen to true crime. But this episode is hands down my favorite!! It's so cute. It does have that Pleasantville vibe. I just loved it! I have two cats named Phoebe and Piper because they are absolutely my favorite. I always thought the second series should have been a spinoff with Chris and Wyatt as grown is along with their cousins. Because how freaking great would that be!!!

2023-08-19 15:20:05 +0000 UTCI was not able to make the watch party; I am so grateful this was saved and uploaded. Skip the rewatch? Are you out of your mind?! Your efforts do not go unnoticed! I enjoyed watching Drew admire Shannen, so much. It's how I felt as a kid watching all the women work, but expressed through Drew. So I get it, Drew. Especially since Prue's the eldest sister and the living matriarch of the family and that later falling onto Piper... as the eldest of three (that we're aware of) I've always related most to Prue. She's so badass, ugh gosh we "stan" hard. This podcast has become a healthy escape from reality. Something I'm sure all of us look forward to. The commentary was phenomenal. Holly with the insight, Brian watching so intensely and laughing along at Holly's comments, and Drew falling head over heels with the show we all love. What a treat this was. To Brian, thank you for being open and discussing how what could have been a tragedy, has helped you grow. I think a lot of us go through life not realizing how precious it is. That it could all change in an instant and that we can show others more compassion, even towards strangers.

That being said, I know, unpopular opinion, but the show got better after she left. With Shannen/Prue it always felt like the show was entirely about her and her coming to the rescue of her sisters. It felt like Piper and Phoebe sometimes were useless in a fight without Prue. Once she left that's when I felt that Piper and Phoebe were able to fight off demons on their own. As for the one you should be saying is "so perfect" you should be saying that to Holly's character, given she is the ONLY one of the power of three/four(the only woman of the Charmed ones) who was willing to join the podcast and rewatch the show with the fans.

I'm glad Drew enjoyed this as much as many of us fans do. Definitely looking forward to more watch parties, and seeing how Drew's top five/ten evolve over time. Touching to hear how BK draws courage from fans sometimes, as for us I think sometimes it feels like the other way round. You three know that we all love you and think your work is something special, so it's always lovely to hear how much you appreciate us too. Love this wild bunch of misfits!

Thank you for creating such a beautiful community. I wish she were still here to enjoy this with but it brings her a little closer rewatching the episodes for the millionth time :)
