Love the reactions! If I remember correctly from the Visual Novel, the main action that determines whether it is going to be the Fate route (2006 edition) or the Unlimited Blade Works route is whether Shirou uses a Command Seal to stop Saber from attacking Archer at the end of this episode or not. Up to that point, all 3 routes have basically the same events. In the Fate route, he did not use a Command Seal, and Archer got severely injured. In this route (UBW) he does use a Command Seal and Archer is not injured by Saber. That little action will change the story from there.

2022-06-10 13:35:22 +0000 UTCPretty much all the decisions up till this point are identical as they were in 06 Fate Route. From now on the decisions made by characters will be different in some cases and lead to different development.
