Karen Larson is a cop who, when she isn't actively engaged as a part of Amelia's elite MRT team, is also a member at an exclusive country club where she stables her horses. Between the time she spends with the team and the time she spends with her horses, Karen often has to make time to work out at odd hours when no one else is around.
