06-1 Tyche Reborn

Tyche is a hand-to-hand fighter with few peers even without her precognitive abilities, a master of both judo and muay thai with over thirty years of experience and constant training. She has also studied other forms, over the years, and is practiced enough to have earned black belts in karate and aikijujitsu, although she still defers to several other practitioners within those schools. In addition to her formidable open hand abilities, Tyche practices extensively with most traditional martial arts weapons, such as her staff, nunchaku, manriki, sais, kamas, and several different swords.

In the past, Tyche's superhuman senses were processed through an alien supercomputer that allowed her to accurately predict future events, generally as much as several seconds into the future, although, on occasion, spectacularly further. The alien tech in her body had several other effects, as well, including making her skin much harder to penetrate, super-charging her nervous system (giving her, effectively, instantaneous reactions), and causing her body to be transparent to electricity such that electrical attacks from static shocks to lightning bolts passed through her harmlessly.

Since the alien technology was removed from Tyche's system, her reaction time has slowed, although not by much. Her ability to predict the future, never entirely certain, has become even more unreliable. She has also lost her invulnerability, although, without the alien tech suppressing it, her native powers have begun to develop as they were supposed to, and she's gained a measure of fast healing.

Tyche's original costume was basically a patterned stretch fabric, sewn into a skintight catsuit that Tyche designed herself. The original design featured several belt pouches, but little else to aid her in any sort of conflict. The second design of Tyche's costume was created by Eve Bronislawa, and incorporated bullet-resistant fabric and a stunnade (miniaturized stun grenade). After the destruction of that costume during her adventure in Faerie, Tyche contracted Eve and Walker Inc in order to create a new one to her exacting specifications.

The main bodysuit is made of bullet and impact resist fabric, covered with synthetic scales. In addition to the improved stun grenade, Tyche's various pouches also contain heavy duty zip ties, climber's cord, a small grapnel, and a compact combination forensic and medical kit, including needle and thread, superglue, alcohol, and several gauze pads and bandages. There are also several other small weapons, including two bolas and a few throwing weights.
