2025-08-02 00:57:10 +0000 UTCOMG ANOTHER REALLY GOOD ONE!!! Frieren is such a powerful and emotional show! It’s definitely much more light-hearted and easier than AOT and Demon Slayer which makes for a good contrast! But despite that it still holds so much emotion, character, and is so so heartfelt making me cry in some episodes (then again I cry easily lolol) plus it also has such unique humor and amazing world-building. As you can tell it’s one of my favorites by the amount I’m yaping about it 😭 so i really hope you enjoy!!!!!

2025-06-17 05:07:55 +0000 UTCJust a small helpful note: we're shown an episode ago that units from the military police are now recruited for this mission (if I remember correctly, it is because they had to start the mission quickly and had not time to get needed survey corps into where they currently are in a timely manner). That's why we ended up with Hannes on the team (there are other military personnel with them in the rescuing mission)

2025-06-15 19:03:34 +0000 UTCWhilst this season is technically shorter, it's important to remember that the show as a whole, is more correctly split into story arcs, as opposed to actual seasons (story arc changes are denoted by the change in intro). So you could watch the first Arc of Season 3 (up to episode 12 / Episode 49) and then take a break, if you are wanting to take a break at some point.

2025-06-14 16:37:53 +0000 UTCThe second half of this episode may be my favourite scene so far in all of AoT. The looming tension as Bertholt, Ymir, Reiner and Eren start to peel back the layers is so magnificently done. Ymir gradually dissecting the emotional disaster that is Reiner while he just sobs, culminating in his outburst and her apology, gives me chills every time. Of course. I completely get why at this point you hate Reiner and Bertholt, especially the enigmatic Bertholt. But our warrior boys are two of my favourite characters. I'm not saying they're necessarily the actual good guys, but I think AoT is clearly not a story about pure-hearted boy Eren and R&B, the moustache-twirling villains.
