Here is another redraw of a daily sketch and a little upgrade, I think... Thank you for suggesting this, SimtheLegend ❤
This is one of my favorite daily sketches. I made it for Lion day 3 years ago :D And with this remake I kind of really want to finish it off and turn it into a sort of wide screen banner! Cause I can see it in color in my head and I WANT IT DONE.
What I like more about this?
The angle is more dynamic, slightly from the back which gives a much more interesting composition imo
opening the view more and adding wind gives this sketch a whole dif feel and I really dig that
better anatomy as well as more natural suit folds, wooo!
At this point I have both of thier faces figured out really well, so I am happy that they look like themselves more, with their unique characteristics. They are just no longer generic OCs and I can't emphasize enough how happy I am about this
managed to make their poses more relaxed and natural. I think this is the biggest progress I made in all of my old vs newer artworks. I am very proud of this and I really hope to focus on gesture more to see where it takes me!
