It obviously means shake that drink. Excuse me for my horrible sense of humour! A raffle prize, the last one I made on Patreon.
Sadly the raffle had to be shut down, as I heard more and more Patreon sites are being shut down due to this being against the rules.

Nevertheless, here is Cackles preparing a lovely drink for You!
It's actually a funny coincidence that he works at the same bar as the previous raffle winner - Infamouspark! (whose art of can be found here)
