昨天工作時，我在辦公室暈倒了，不知道是中暑還是低血壓的關係吧。今天我的身體還是感到很軟弱無力，還是請一天病假不去上班了。
At work yesterday, I fainted in the office. I don't know if it was due to heat stroke or low blood pressure. Today my body still feels very weak, and I took a day off from work.
昨日の仕事で、オフィスで気を失いましたが、熱中症なのか低血圧なのかわかりません。 今日でも体がとても弱くて、仕事を休みました。

Therefore, treat loss of consciousness as a medical emergency until the signs and symptoms are relieved, and the cause is known. Talk to your doctor if you faint more than once.
