I lied. I have a heavy heart and Iโm not sure why. Trying to stay positive and push on into another day, but man i just have this underlying pit in my stomach. Where I just donโt feel loved or okay or understood or wanted in my personal life and I want to run away :โ) Weeeee. The only option I have is to run away in this book, so. Here goes.

I'm so sorry Frivi. I know how you feel. I've been fighting similar feelings for the past 3 years and some days are way worse than others. Just try and remember that there are people out there, who are listening and caring. I know that doesn't always help, but it can sometimes be just enough to get you through. I do hope you read this, and that it brings you some comfort.
