Hi Frivi, your journaling and commitment to keep trying keep going and not giving up is inspiring. Despite what must have been such adversity you keep going and keep putting up new content. You mentioned 2-3 EU a week, just 1 would be cool, but you're completely right that you need to build a foundation first. Treat it like weight training, don't come in here trying to throw up 200lbs already, get the basics solid first and do them for reps before you increase a *small* amount. It's easy to go to a gym (or stream community) and compare yourself to people that've been doing this for years, or people that don't have some health condition, and feel bad. Stay in your own lane, do your own thing, it's what's best for you and what you can achieve that matters. We love YOU.
