The tascam didn't like my cell phone next to it... and there's interference clicks and crackles all throughout the hypnosis audio.......... i'm trying my best to clean it up but im scared it's just all trash now. Anyone have any ideas or suggestions on cleaning certain noises like that in audio? I'll tweet the question and keep googling as well.... :(

2017-02-06 07:23:14 +0000 UTCThanks for the insight! Do you think dubbing over it if i can't squelch it would be ridiculous? LOL

2017-02-06 07:20:20 +0000 UTCYeah, I'm doing that right now in audacity. Just hoping it doesn't distort the rest of the audio too much........

2017-02-06 07:10:46 +0000 UTCDepending on the noise-levels of the interference, it may be possible to mostly or entirely squelch it out using a noise filter. However, knowing the sounds provided by cell-phone interference, it's generally too random to be completely negated... Good luck, and hopefully it works out!
2017-02-06 07:10:30 +0000 UTCThere is a way to create a noise profile then use that to remove the noise from the whole recording. Depends on the software you use.
