Car Crashes into a FedEx Truck During Pursuit
Added 2024-02-16 18:01:39 +0000 UTCWebb County, Texas — On February 8, 2024, a smuggler in a Chevrolet Equinox led Texas Department of Public Safety (TXDPS) Troopers on a high-speed chase on FM-1472 in Webb County. The smuggler Alejandro Prado of Laredo, crashed into a FedEx truck and proceeded to evade. He eventually stopped and bailed out. Prado was arrested and charged with evading arrest and smuggling of persons. Troopers discovered that he was smuggling seven illegal immigrants from Mexico. Seven illegal immigrants from Mexico were referred to Border Patrol.
