Cops Smash Glass To Wake Passed Out Driver
Added 2022-11-24 16:49:06 +0000 UTCDuluth, Georgia – On November 15, 2022, Duluth Police Department was dispatched about a man who was passed out behind the wheel of a vehicle. Arriving officers and Gwinnett Firefighters noticed the driver was indeed passed out with music blaring inside. Officers attempted to wake the driver by pounding on the window but failed. Officer Lucas used a tool to shatter the window to gain entry into the vehicle. Officers located vodka and beer cans strewn throughout the interior of the car. The driver was transported to the local hospital. The 39-year-old suspect was charged with Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol (DUI) and other charges.
